4.3 Currency. All transactions on the jdprime Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jdprime is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the jdprime Platform and are subject to change. jdprime reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to the timeframes published on the Platform to process. jdprime reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.6 Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your jdprime account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jdprime is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 All games available on the jdprime Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
5.2 jdprime uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jdprime reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. jdprime's decision in such matters is final.

10.2 jdprime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jdprime account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jdprime does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jdprime's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your jdprime account at any time by contacting jdprime support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.2 Closure by jdprime. jdprime reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jdprime reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus funds. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jdprime Platform shall first be referred to jdprime's customer support team for resolution. jdprime will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jdprime's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
13.1 jdprime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jdprime will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the jdprime Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
